EU Proposed Language for NAMA from Green Room Meetings

Below is a link to an EU non-paper which proposes language for NAMA. The non-paper was floated in the green rooms and widely rejected.

The EC was pushing this as the language to "capture progress made" thus far. It indicates what the EC will be pushing for in the ministerial.
